ok stupid question
i m trying to figure out how to put a picture where my display name is or where it says basic member on the fourns?
any help will be appreciated.

Click the settings tab beside inbox and the search tabs near the top of the page off to the right side. Scroll down until you see a box for "My AVATAR." Note the dimension limit (80 pixels x 80 pixels?) and memory limit (7kb?) and upload a photo. Make sure you click "ok" near the bottom of the page.
