No Facebook and surely not a Twitter account! Just a My Space account that my kid set up for me.
You might want to check to see if RCU has a Facebook account to contact other members of this site.

Not currently Ron - actually it is one of those "Membership restricted sites" which makes it tough to govern. It has been discussed though it sounded like those who did most of the talking dont have an account either :)

I know that we had an issue a few years back with members linking to their My Space account as some of the content didn't meet this site's criteria for content, i.e., language and nudity to mention a couple of things. I even had to clean up my My Space account to make viewer friendly to link to from this site.

I forgot all about this thread, I finally made the plunge last night. After going in I saw that one of my sister's posted some shots of me way back when I was just a little guy, must have been in the late `50's.
So far I've hooked up with a lot of RC boaters and joined in on some RC boat groups in there. I was surprised at how many of my family are in there.

I really caved in to this Facebook thing! Last night my son and I sat up working on an account for our club so look us up, Southwest Michigan Model Boat Club.
As we work on it some more I'd like to add events from IMPBA Districts 2, 4 and 14 in the calendar.
