I know it's a free website and the guys behind the scenes do a thankless and difficult job, but this is getting quite frustrating. This whole last week has been filled with error messages, etc.

I foolishly tried to upload a photo, twice. It wasn't even big, it was from my cell phone in fact. Both times it timed out, and I couldn't load the website, almost as if attempting to upload caused me to be blocked somehow. 
Very sad.
I'm not going anywhere, but one of my friends has already stopped going here because of the errors.

Im pretty sure I have come to a conclusion.... Not enough bandwidth. I go to sites like shoryuken that have the same problem every once in a while..

yeah, my smileys dont work on the more smiley tab, so i just guess where they are and read the html thingamajigg. no big deal

Only thing I had happen was an error message saying the site didn't exist. Happened a few times over the past few days. Came back up each time, but maybe 15 minutes later.

this happens to me a lot. and for no apparent reason. also does it once im here and try toopen a thread.took me 10 minutes to get it to work today

For the past couple of months this site has not been working right.. Now alot of the times I'll login fine load a forum pag reply click submit and not be able to submit the comment, or load any other forum pages for anywhere between 5 minutes to 8 hours...
The weird thing is the main page, and everything else work except the forums when this happens.
Also when I click on more smilies I get a page of broken images, and when I click on view pic to see whats up I got "Server Error 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials."

I'm having new issues with RCU and was wondering it any of you experience the same thing. Usually it works OK, but if i have multiple tabs open in IE, RCU will often lock up. Simply closing RCU and re-booting IE with only a single tab will allow me to use RCU without trouble.
Well, I say without trouble. Sometimes if when I go to post a reponse, it comes up and tells me I "timed out" and when I go back, everything I wrote is gone. This doesn't happen very often, but the locking up thing happens a lot. Is it just my PC, or are others having the same trouble?

other problems i have:
rcu loads slow, really slow and i have a very fast t1 connection.
when i reply to a thread it takes a while for the post relpy screen to fully load.

if you ask me this site is slowly dieing , i dunno its not fun anymore , i look at other sections in the forums and no one has been on them lol its like i left it a year ago with no new comments or no new threads , and i wonder where is everyone else going ? whats the most popular baja5b forum out there now can someone please pm me that .

PM sent. One reason this site isn't fun anymore is that the older members are tired, and their forum productivity is declining. Basically it's a site to ask questions. It's the Newbies who will become the experts and eventually be the productive people on the forum, but far too many of them get turned off by being belittled, or witnessing in-fighting. So we are lacking those in-between members...the new experts that were recently Newbies.
