RE: Favorite Beer.
I'm a Sam Adams fan myself more importantly their fall beer octoberfest. By farther best seasonal and yet seems to have the shortest run time. But the summer is Deff good on a hot day. It's the only beer I'll put fruit in it's just better with a lemon wedge. I'd avoid the nobil pils to me it has a soap after taste. The Irish red and Boston ale are good also. And if you ever get a chance to try their Utopias do it it's a specialty beer released only every other year. At a cost of 200 a bottle. It has a higher alcohol content than normal. Its made t be drank like fine brandy it smells violent but goes down so smooth.

What, no Coors? Anyway, it depends on the cost and packaging.
Of the common American beers, Coors is my favorite. Of the cheap "dirty thirty" beers, probably Keystone. Malt liquor 40's, either Magnum or Colt 45, it depends. I used to really like Red Dog but I haven't seen that in years.
My favorite beer regardless, and favorite quality beer is Bell's Oberon. Unfortunately it is seasonal (summer only) but it is slightly similar to Blue Moon in my opinion, so I drink that during the off months.
I also enjoy the retro/hipster beers such as PBR, Schlitz, and Blatz.

For a lite beer I like Miller MGD64 and for an ale Sam Adams. Our friends from Canada are right - they have great beer in Canada.!

Miller Lite is whats always in my fridge but on occasion I drink some Goose Island, its a smaller company out of chicago but most of you should be able to find it pretty easy, they have a wicked beer called Bourbon County, its something crazy like 12%, imagine a dark ale with some bourbon whiskey blended in, this stuff will not only put some hair on your chest it may make you think there is some hair in your throat after a bottle ot two LOL.

A) Anheiser-Busch just announded plans to buy Goose Island, thus making them a "smaller company" no longer. (It's a sad day)
B) Fat Tire is pretty tasty and is often available On Tap at chain restraunts. Also, is biking to work once in a while really that bad?

First my joke, which unless you've owned an MGB, you might not grasp:
Why do the British like room temperature beer? Because their refridgerators are all made by Lucas Electric.
Now, my favourite beer hands down is Alexander Keith's India Pale Ale
Coors Lite is quite good:
And don't laugh, but when I visit the USA, I kind of like Rolling Rock:

RE: Favorite Beer.
I don't usually drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis.....
In all honesty, I really don't drink much beer, but I do enjoy Sam Adams or Guiness the best. Guiness seems to be the only beer as good the day after, open overnight and room temperature as it did fresh and cold! It's amazing!
My new "love" though is tropical drinks( go on, laugh, but I like fruit juice to begin with, so it works. And Pina Coladas and Margaritas take me back to the Virgin islands), and my old favorite is a stronger rum and Coke- 151 and Coke

RE: Favorite Beer.
Pale Ale, Stout, Mild ale, Wheat, Lambic, or Lager?
Other....Pilsner lagers are my favorite at 43 degrees F, served in a bottle, not a can, glass, or frosted mug.
lots of other beers surpass the swill named in the list. Tractor beers aren't for me, college was over in 1982. Occasionally I like to darken my teeth on a dark beer once in awhile. Many Canadian beers are smooth and full bodied. But, Stella Artois is my first pick. I'm a one beer, once in awhile drinker, so a good tasting beer is a must.
From Wiki, "Tax records exist from 1366 for Leuven's Dennis Horeney's Brewery. In 1708, Sebastianus Artois became the master brewer at Den Horen, and gave his name to the brewery in 1717. In 1926, Stella Artois was launched initially as a seasonal beer especially for the Christmas holiday market. It was first sold in Canada and it was such a commercial success that the brand became available year round and, apart from the duration of the Second World War, has been produced ever since."
