Tonight I had a Carnitas Burrito.

Steak and shrimp on the Barbie wiwth grilled veggies.

So happy the mosquitos are finally gone and I can grill in relative saftey...I swear those mosq's get to be the size of songbirds here.

Had Jacket potatoes to go with it but when I asked my wife the temp, she said "about 220" so I put 'em in for 1 1/4 hours at 220 thinking that might be a bit low, but ok.......When I pulled 'em out raw and complained she said I should have realized she ment 220c, not 220f.....one of the many ways we speak the same language and don't communicate at all....keeps it fun and fresh though since we can laugh with each other.
