    It's Halloween!

What are people doing tonight? I'm probably just going to sit around at home giving out candy, maybe walk around the neighborhood a bit since it's my first halloween living in San Francisico.

The power just came back on this morning since Saturday night. I'll be cleaning out the fridge and throwing away a NY strip steak and other stuff I won't eat, then off to market I go . . .

eat pizza, have a few stiff drinks and then wonder around the neighborhood trying to maintain.maybe hit on a single mom or two.

and here's why. i don't feel like sitting home in the dark pretending im not home and listing to the dog bark at everything that makes noise out front. i refuse to pass out candy for 2 reasons. 1. i don't like 99% of the kids in my neighborhood. and 2. all the little undisciplined ghetto rat's from across town show up and trick or treat in my neighborhood. they can afford brand new SUV's, cell phones, costumes for there 5 kids, and cigarettes which they like to smoke while walking with there kids and throw the butts on the sidewalk and driveway in front of your house. but they can't stay in there own neighborhood buy a few bags of candy and pass that out. they feel the need to come freeload from my neighborhood. so, NO CANDY FOR YOU! go trick or treat your own neighborhood!

I am so happy I am at school and not at home. The door bell never stops ringing.

Oh wait my Mom doesn't have power at home. So no people are trick or treating.

    RE: It's Halloween!

Does anyone ever say "Trick" ?

    I reckon more people should.
Teach these little kids a lesson, that you can't just go around and expect to be given things for knocking on people's doors.
Also, they're giving you the option - Trick OR Treat.
If you say "No treats" they hang their head and walk off and their parents probably give you a filthy look as if to say "How dare you not give them anything?!?!?"

Although, if you don't they'll probably torch your car or smash your windows.

We don't get them much here, anyway.
I've had them come around a few times, both of which I had nothing to give them.
They were sweet kids actually - probably about 4-6 years old, all dressed up, tripping over their oversized Dracula capes and whatever they were wearing.

2 years in a row after that I made sure I had some sweets for them but they never came back, of course.

If it ain\'\'t broke..... pull it apart anyway!

    RE: It's Halloween!

man many years ago I used to trick the living crap(literally) out of the kids by my moms one friend.

Used to sit dressed up as a stuffed dummy in beat up dirty old cloths with a bucket of candy on me. I mean I was literally completely motionless for hours

Funny thing is from trick or treaters getting so scared, dropping their candy bags, and running I had more candy at the end of the night then I started with

Once I made some teens literally piss their pants in front of some girls they were trying to impress. Also would scare the crap outta parents who would show off to their kids that there was nothing to be scared of a stuffed dummy wasn't alive

I probably made some psychiatrists very rich from my old antics

This year no trick or treaters even came round the house(think last year we had 1), but I live in a pretty bad neighborhood so its kinda expected.
With great speed comes greater repair bills.

Went out trick or treating with the kids and dogs, came back and gave out a bit more candy, had a good time. Kids were really worn out. Starting to get a little braver at the scarier houses, but we still had a few "abort mission!" scenarios.

For example, if they saw the dude in the pics above my post here, my kids would have run.

actually dressed this year! I was death with a real antique scythe blade was about 3.5-4ft total, poor picture looked alot scarier/better in person, it was a 3D mask. I had issues with my arms sticking out (my arms are 6'6 across, im 6'2) shoes where vibrams with socks over them.

    scared alot of little kids
