Land Speed Record rules?
Hello, sorry if this has been discussed before.
A friend and I are looking into a few things, and we've begun to look into rules for setting an RC land speed record. Does anybody have access to any kind of rule book? Obviously we want to do this right. Thanks for any help!

there's also the ISC (international speed championship) if that's still a thing, don't think they've had a meet in a couple years. they had a website at one time but can't seem to find it now. friend of mine ran in that, former record holder. and if it wasn't for a spur gear stripping out at over 100mph he'd probably still be a record holder. he's got an RC18R that has been clocked at well over 100mph.
