Anyone shoot bow and arrow?
Just wondering if anyone shoots bow and arrow and here. I've been wanting to get into it myself, not so much for hunting though, mostly to kill time in my backyard. Pellet guns are illegal in city limits so I don't get to mess with them anymore 
and paintball is too messy (and the paintballs/co2 is expensive to boot).
Can anyone recomend me a decent low priced bow? I'm probobly gonna get a used one off ebay, looking to spend less than $150.

. I don't get to use mine anymore though, mine are c02 powered and therefore not exactly quiet so if I were to sit outside for an hour shooting I'd deffinately have the cops over at my house.
I take one out every once in a while, but I'll be out for about 10 minutes max.

I shot a bow and arrow at my cousins... wheew scary stuff, once you release that arrow its like PSHWEEEE boom! The nice part about his old house was that you could empty a colt 45' in a tree and the police would come by and say "nice shot"
That was in enterprize alabama though, doubt they will be that cool anywhere eles.

try cabelas or pro bass shop, i have a browning compound bow.
befor you purchace it measurefrom your fist, arm extended out, to your shoulder. the bows are maesured to a exact fit to you.mine is about a 24 inchesfull pull or draw.good luck.

Yes I shoot ARCHERY. I'm sorry I just cant stand it when people call it bow and arrow. Ive been shooting for 11 years. 9 of that with a compound I have recently switched to recurve and am now the #1 ranked shooter in the nation at my age group.
