Favorite car under 100K
Post up your favorite car, only rule is it has to be under 100k USD. Just curious as to everyones favorite cars other then ferrari, lamborghini etc. I personally really like the Infiniti G35, Audi TT Coupe, Honda S2000, Mazda RX-8, the new Corvette, and the SSR. What do you guys like?

That Ford isn't bad for around $54,000. Ive always liked the RX-8. For some reason I really like the SSR, I think it would be a cool truck to trick out.

RE: Favorite car under 100K
I drove my sister-in-laws Crossfire and really didn't care for it, I see why she has it up for sale. Getting into the car alone is a chore as I had to slide the seat all the way back to get in then slide it forward to reach the pedals. I was unimpressed with the speed of it as for having a lot of engine shoehorned under the hood, I was expecting a lot more. My brothers 'Vette is a lot faster and easier to get in and out of. I drove that baby too. The only problem there was getting the big grin off my face! Both of those cars are going as he's waiting for delivery (hopefully sometime this month) of his Shelby Mustang.
Me, I'd love to have the `Cuda when it comes back out.

RE: Favorite car under 100K
I have always been partial to the 95-98 vw jettas and golfs. some other favorites are:
mitsubishi lancer evo6,
'06 chevy tahoe,
subaru WRX sti,
honda civic SI,
the 06 honda Fit
05 acura TSX
the RSX is nice,
and last but not least, the car I own... '99 chevy metro 2dr hatch (the 3cylinder one with the 5spd manual). LOL, I could probably out accelerate it on foot, but it is a cool little hatchback, that gets around 40-something miles per gallon. that's cool!

If I didn't have to pick out a new car for under $100 G's, it would have to be either a `57 Nomad with a big-block, a cool street rod or an Amphicar.
We've got the Street Rod Nationals North coming to town in a couple of weeks and there will be about 3,200 pre-`49 rides all over the place. Try to pick out just one from that many!
