RE: THE LOUNGE 2
i dont use an iron for bullets because for one BOTH of my soldering irons are butane powered lol... the tips come off one is a pen torch and the other is a braising torch 2 even being butane i have full control over the temp i can have "in equivalent" a 10W iron or a 100W iron i paid less than 15$ for both of my irons the big one i use for soldering deans and heavy wire the small one for board repairs and small stuff
idk ive become spoiled by the fact it takes less than 45 seconds to heat my irons i can take them anywhere and dont have to worry about a power source.. which means repairs on site at a park or flying field whatever is not an issue..... the fuel lasts a long long time and a can of fuel costs 1$
im a big advocate on these irons i absolutely love mine wouldnt trade them in for a 200$ soldering station btw one is a lenk the other is a bernzomatic lol..
but none the less any soldering job can be done with an iron 15-30W until you start dealing with 8 and 10mm bullets.. then its time to get something ALOT hotter
LOL and here you go LB your first flyer "its disco on tower but other places have it lols

Except you deal with the RTR crowd who got zero clue. They still have the Wal-mart mentality that it either works or doesn't. If it doesn't send for a refund. This hobby doesn't quite work that way.
Nothing interesting for me lately. I just got to concentrate on finish all the kits I got. [X(]

i am useing createx airbrush colors, i got a 6 pack with 4 transparent pains and 2 opaques. these are universal paints, i havent tried it on laxan but it should work. as far as the watercolors goes, only two ways to find out, ask around or give it a shot on a trashed body or a piece of scrap laxan.

What kind of paint are you using? I was wondering if the createx watercolor would work on lexan.
