you can get a big nitro engine that puts out 5HP, that would be great power to weight ratio!!!! i kidd

hmm, hows about a tractor tranny? it would be really slow but would probly flip you over our jhon deere 111 has a 5 speed, a first gear drop will make it do wheelies [sm=thumbs_up.gif]

lol yes you have and yes we understand.

i would have put the bike tranny on the go kart even tho you guys say it wont work, but i still cant take the friggin sprockets off. so im pretty much ditching this idea [&:]

i might go find a cheap engine and direct connect to wheels. having a tranny might cost a bit more mula, which im not excited about.

You should look for a bike junk yard and see if you can buy a parts bike. When we built are cart we had a choice of two engines the one a 1977 78 honda cb 350 4cylinder or the honda 250 twin. We went with the twin because the exhust was easy to set up.
