So dissappointed in this thread... There are so many great guitarist. Yes these are 4 great ones but not the "MAIN 4". They may be your "Main 4" but they are not my "Main 4". If I had to vote on these it would be a toss between JH and EC. Either way since I don't think any of these are the best I will not be voting.

It most definately is not fake. Fernando Miyata is a relatively well known guitarist from Brazil. John Petrucci called him one of the greatest guitarists he's ever seen. Seems guys like that are a dime a dozen though. With 6 + billion people on the planet, its not hard to believe there are 1000 amazing guitarists out there. And there are... Back in the days of the original MP3.com, unsigned artists from all over the world would post their music to be downloaded for free. There were SO many amazing guitarists - I still have MP3's from people like Marc Pattison (sold over 100,000 records off of MP3.com yet never got a record deal) Howard Hart, Jason Stewart... So many.
