SACS Gixxers are cool, but ThunderbirdJunkie likes the lines of the early SRAD Gixxers better.
Either way...sweet bike [8D]

Notice how flat the rear tire is, feo. It was a highway star. You get that sucker leaned over on that "corner" on the tire, it's going to lose traction quick when ridden aggressively.
That is probably why it was lowsided.

Thanks TBJ
Feo-The OG owner did some really stupid stuff with this bike, its not suprising he lowsided it twice. I'm going to get a new rear tire for it once I start riding the bike. But I still need to get new flushmount blinkers for the front, new relay for the LED blinkers, idle adjuster for the carbs, and a gas cap for the tank along with licensing the bike.

Thats a very unique ride, at least for the world outside Australia.
I've seen lots of them when I was in Australia 2 years ago. I wonder how Holden is affected by the problems of GM?

pretty much un-effected, if need be they could easily run seperate to GM, the entire current model range is australian made and designed, worst comes to worst they'd have to soruce new 4 cylinder and V8 drivtrains, the V6 is holdens engine, as well as a few of they're deseils.
the utes are an awesome vehicle, performance, handling and comfort of a sedan, with good towing and cargo capacity (3/4 ton carry capacity and 2.1 ton towing).

1995 Dodge Dakota club cab 4X4 318C.I. (5.2L)
Does 16.41 E.T. in the quarter. (Which is .6 seconds faster than a newer stock F150)
188,000 original miles and smoked a M/T Sportsman Pro until it blew this summer.
Here's the vid of that, the hotel behind my work was kinda pissed lol.

Large chicken riding atop the Dodge 2 weeks ago while I was in Wisconsin.
Muddy pic in front of the cabin up north.
Pic the other day showing the size of my newest kites. (the black bag on the kite is at 1/2 length of the kite.)

I dont think I've posted here. Not a car, but it will be my DD for awhile after I finish it.
1992 GSXR 750 Oil Cooled (last of the good gixxers )
When I brought home in Feb or march
Ditched the ugly ares under fender and made my own. Got read of 3 or 4lbs off of the rear and it cleaned it up alot.

The pic of the tank was after i Re-painted the tank again. A guy who's no longer a friend Effd up my tank so I had to re-do it (same guy broke my left mirror and dropped my bike) [:@][sm=punching.gif].
All thats left is to pen stripe the tank and maybe clear it again.

currently i don't have a car. when i was 16 i bought a 79 dodge van. metallic brown jacked up on cragars. with no headliner, no interior panels, and no back seats. i put brown shag carpet and a big system in it. it wouldn't pass smog so i canceled the registration and sold it back in April.

Nice Dante.. do you use the back storage area much?! Just wondering why did you get the wagon!
For the diesel, is it paired up to a 5-speed or 6-speed?!

Hi LB,
yes, I need the wagon for my Mountainbike and all the stuff I need to haul around. Much more practical than the Sedan and I think it even looks better.
Also, wagons are much more popular round here than in the U.S. We don't have that 'soccer-mom-factor'!
The Engine is a 3.0 litre Diesel with 245hp and 400lb ft of torque. It has a 6spd manual gearbox.
I don't like automatic cars and you don't need it with all that torque.
I'm getting about 35 mpg on average driving.
There is a 335d which is sold now in the U.S. Its a 3.0 twin turbo, but an older design. Its automatic only, but worth a try!

400 ft-lb of torque, that's crazy.. shifting = optional!!
Yes, there's a lot of cool wagon in Europe.. like the Audi RS6, BMW M5, etc. we don't get those here.. !
Me?! I wish.. no car for me for awhile.. (until my Toyota retires.. which is.. never! It just turned 220k miles last week.. !!)

Ha, thats a lot! Is it a Camry?
I just love to turn people in the U.S. to modern diesel cars, because most have a completly wrong impression of them.
Just try one once, you'll never want anything else for a daily driver. Especially when you have a nice Porsche for fun!
