I'd do it before tune up w/ that kind much sand around, ha!

On my Toyota, I change it out every 15k miles.. cheap insurance, really.. (the filter is like $20 each..)

Maybe that's why I can never kill the Avalon.. ha ha! 100 miles away from 240k miles! [X(]

Open drivetrain is probably fine for racers.. but probably too much for people who don't mind a little bit more weight, but prefer not dealing with cleaning and maintenance all the time..

Trade off, trade off... !

Hey everyone I will be looking for a LiPo charger in the next few days, I have a very tight budget to work wih but will not be running nothing huge or fancy, all my LiPos are 2s, 3300-5000mAh and no more than 40C. I just need a charger that will work, and I run Deans connectors, not sure how much of all this is relevant haha. Anyways if someones got one i can pick up for dirt cheap send it my way and i will pay you via PayPal! PM Me!!!

Since Schumacher has the CAT SX3 now, looks like the SX2 is going on sale at AMain.

Was $300 and $380 for the S1 (composite, no CF) and CF versions respectively, now selling for $250 and $280.

Tempting deal (that wacky multi-belt setup is pretty cool), but I want too many other things. Still, I feel Schumacher calling to me on a constant basis. Or maybe that's just the voices in my head.

So very tempting...................
Get one!

...then get me one!

I still don't get how with that open belt drive system, you keep dirt from gunking up your diffs all to high heaven.
simple, blue groove!

Yeah, you guys are probably right. I think in the UK "offroad" tracks are often carpet or gravel/tarmac with rams and such. So I've read on the Schumacher forums, anyway.

Maybe the open belts aren't for me - a pity, since it's a great deal, and I love the brand.

LB warehouse delivers again. This is an experiment in diversifying its products. Could a shift in paradigm be on the horizon? [X(]

OK, so I've stopped fighting the modern age and got ahold of a BB Bold.

Anyone else have one and what are some really good apps to get for the BB?

I know about whatsapp and that appeals to me because my brother in San Diego has an Android. We could be chatting all the time for free with that app.

Thanks

Congrats on the purchase! I still have a "dumb" phone myself.

From what I've heard, BBs don't have a ton of apps to offer compared to the Apple and Android. Hopefully that's not entirely true, so you can still maximize your fun. [8D] I don't know much else, unfortunately.

We have a BB Storm and Torch at work to test with, along with an iPhone4 and DroidX. No experience with the Bold.

Thanks Eman.

What are you testing them with/for?
We've created mobile versions of our desktop sites, so we test those with the devices. Which is nice, as I get a sampling to see which ones I like better. But I'm not in the market for paying for a smartphone plus data plan anyway, so maybe it's moot. Still fun though.

But wow, they get outdated fast. And buying them w/out a data plan (for work) is quite expensive.

Yeah, them Apple stuff sure get outdated quickly.. we got 2 iPads last year (wife bought them without asking me..) and now there's iPad 2 already.. ha!

Oh well.. I will continue to use mine.. no plan to upgrade.. although the video camera would be nice.. so I can use Skype to do video call w/ my family...

Damn you, Apple!!!! [:@]

Went from an iPhone to a DroidX glad I did so.

I have gotten used to having a smartphone, it comes in handy SOOOO many times daily. Can't even try to list the cool things you can do with them.

Also nothing like playing super nintendo, N64 when I am bored!
