What might this be on the Losi website?

Someone posted this on the Traxxas forums getting excited but it was deleted. He thought it was some kind of new waterproof set up. I took a screen shot and lowered the brightness and what I see is a boat with wheels. Big whoop. Has anyone heard of this?
