hi there just wondering if there is anybody out there who likes sailing as well as their RCs

I have been on a sailboat once when on vacation, it was relaxing but I cant see myself doing it.

i used to sail alot with my dad when i was younger but i havent been in awile. but i did just get my first sailboat to fix and eventually cruise in. its a 24' allegra

Have you guys ever watched the program on the I.D. (Investigation Discovery) channel called Escaped (Hurricane at Sea) about Tami Ashcraft and Richard Sharp who got caught up in a Cat 4 Hurricane Raymondin 1984.
What those two had to go through is just mind boggling. If you haven't seen the programyouneed to check it out, AMAZING. Tami was 23 years old and went above the call of duty to save her life. I also bought her book (RED SKY in MOURNING).

I sail. Have done since I was 6 (I'm 30 now). I have sailed lots of different boats but the one I usually sail is called a cherub. It's a high performance 2 person 12 foot skiff style boat. I also sail various keel boats.
