Aay, yo, L&B square (Sicilian) pizza from Brooklyn NY, family secret recipe for over 50 years,
Dominoes, Chanellos, Pizza Hut, little Ceasers are all good if you're in to acid reflux!
Honestly, if you really feel that any of those chain pizza's are good,

Those Chicago deep dish pizza's? never had one, but they look real good and I'm sure they are!

You can't trust anybody south of the mason-Dixon line or west of the Mississippi about pizza. Gino's East patty style kicks ass. Aurellios
original restaurant in Homewood, Il. is the best for thin crust.

Pizza Aroma is a good pizza place here, they have a buffet like pizza hut does or use to do.

Probably my most favourite pizza is Brick Oven. When was living in the South, that was the first time I ever ate there.
My GF at the time introduced me to that pizza joint, and it was like a total taste ecstasy as soon as I started to eat the pizza!
(Ironically, unluckily for her, she suffered from a bad bout of food poisoning and it messed up her stomach for pretty much the whole of the next day. In her words, something in the pizza "didnt agree with her.")

Despite her misfortune, we went back many more times and I was hooked. When I moved north, I was elated to discover that there are Brick Ovens here too!

I'm guessing you are the only one here that has actually tasted Gino's East.
Do you think Foxy has a chance? LOL
I think otherwise.
Sauce on top baby, and pounds of cheese...
Three pieces and he's done IMHO.

I need to check out the Homewood pizza, and I am a lover of all pizzas thin or thick.
Mike's pizza in Waukegan IL.
Order the large chz, sausage, peperoni, mushroom, bacon, Xtra bacon, hot pepper juice, and make sure to tell them WELL DONE!
BURN IT!
Otherwise they pump out so many pizzas that it will be undercooked.
If you want some awesome small neighborhood thin crust pizza.
http://mikespizzahouse.com/

But what about double decker pie?
My fav is Double D's.

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&so...01509562524486

I guess Waukegan is a northern mecca for Chicago pie.

I have never had NYC pie and I want to try it, but if Adam Richmond likes the Gino's...

I saw a Gino's East truck on the road today, they might ship overseas now.
If they have a delivery truck shipping to groceries, it must be good!

Here's the story.
And my first Gino's pizza was down in the hole where they let you carve your name in the wood.
There is a SLAYER in there somewhere.

GINO'S EAST STORY

The Gino's East story began in 1966 when two taxi drivers and a friend, frustrated with rush hour traffic, decided to open a pizzeria just off Michigan Ave. and Superior St. in Chicago. The Original Gino's East became an instant legend with local Chicagoans, national celebrities and visitors from around the world.

Our famous deep-dish pizza tastes the same as it did back then. Each pizza is made by hand and features its own unique look. Each legendary pizza is created with a secret, golden crust, fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, and loaded with your choice of fresh ingredients. Once baked to perfection these enormous pies are brought to your table in our well-seasoned pans.

If your tastebuds aren't craving our famous deep dish or thin crust pizzas, Gino's East offers a delicious alternative. A full menu featuring our homemade appetizers, pastas made with a rich and tasty marinara sauce, Salads filled with an abundance of fresh vegetables and sandwiches to fill any sized appetite.

In a city known as the "Pizza Capital of the World", The Original Gino's East is still the number one pizza restaurant where customers from near and far return year after year to scribble their names into the wood and stucco walls of our flagship restaurant in downtown Chicago.

The Original Gino's East is available for dine-in, carryout and delivery. Need a place to throw your next event? Check out our parties and catering.
I think Gino's stole there Idea from UNO's, but Gino's is better.

Chicago deep dish pizza is my favorite by FAR out of anywhere else. Specifically stuffed spinach pizza is my favorite. Some of the best restaurants to find stuffed spinach in the Chicago area (according to me) is Giordano's, Stefano's Pizza, Pizzeria Uno/Due, and Gino's East.

Thanks SSJ2, I have never had Giordano's yet.
And I can dig some spinach.

The next time the 'ol lady wants Panda Express we are taking a detour to Giordano's!

Now-a-days for me, Brick Oven or not, especially while up late studying for a test or trying to finish a homeowrk paper or project due the next day, I crave any pizza place that now sells hot wings as well.

Love me some buffalo wings!

Everyone knows that Boston has the best pizza... there's Pizzaria Regina, Santarpio's, Pizza Pie er, and Upper Crust among several others.

No problem Slayer. Although there is better than Giordano's out there in the Chicagoland area, Giordano's does extraordinarily well for a chain restaurant. Some even argue that it's the best stuffed pizza around in Chicago. It definitely beats going to Panda Express any time of day.
