RE: new camera
What will you be capturing?
For RC and general use my vote goes to the the Fujifilm F70EXR. Lots of optical zoom, plenty of megapixels, very nice burst mode to get those action shots, good quality video with sound, and a reasonable price.

just a little of everything. i like to take pictures of the outdoors and stuff like that. i used to take pictures on my dads camera when i was little and enter them in the fair and stuff like that. ill check out that one that you mentioned. i have always enjoyed taking pictures and i think i would like toget something that can take really good quality pictures.

I had a Powershot A(something) and it was a good build and shot very well for the price.

So, being a Canon fanboy and having the predecessor to this camera I suggest the A1000IS.

I would stay away from the Polaroid i1035, if you were looking at it (probably not). It isn't very reliable. The microphone recording sound in videos broke in the first day using it, and Polaroid said they won't cover it, plus its kinda jerky.
