I saw a story about this not to long ago. Then another story competing with it where a 13 year old girl wants to do it also...

Well the main issue for her is if she does it... the Guinness Book Of World Records wont' "let it be put in" I think [&:] It is risky but IDK I think 13's a bit young IMHO [:@]
