in fact he tried to prove his existence after he was unable to disprove him, he was getting close and god said "oh no you dont!" and he died before he was able to solve his formula.

True. Also, Carl Sagan came to a strong belief in God through science (astronomy, astrophysics). His 'Cosmos' series on public TV in the 80's was a favorite of mine.

Speedy G, there's a big difference between a belief and religion.

There is an old timer in our club that is an excellent flyer.  One of the younger RC guys asked him a question while we were setting up our planes.   He said: "How did you ever become such a terrific rc flyer?"   The old timer's response was:  "I have built and flown and wrecked  every model airplane in the Tower Catalog learning how to be a good pilot" !!!!!!!

My dear old Dad of 80 who is still active in R/C always told me that when he was flying R/C in it's infancy that:

" A successful R/C flight was when you took off and landed in the same square mile and found your model the same day!"

I'm 55 and as a little snot-nosed kid I can remember those times. Dad let me carry the transmitter out into the open field and even though I was young and small it seemed to weigh as much as a cinderblock.
