How bizarre, I have it on my todo list to check when its out today. Is it out already (edit: don't worry I checked, its still a few more days)? If so, count me in...I was almost as influential in the borderlands community as I am here (ie not very! lol, I kid.), I'll pick it up on my way home.

I used to define weapons which were 'game-legal, yet interesting' and post the recipes on the forums for people, at least before the cheats ruined it even for people who were playing within the 'rules'. :)

This was by far my favorite gun...

Cant wait !!! Just hope this version doesnt have as many bugs as the first one did.

Not to trend jack but BL2 & Halo 4 are the main titles im looking forward to this year. B.O.2 will obviously be the biggest title of the year but im not in a hurry to go out and buy it then start leveling up. Ill end up getting that soon after it comes out. I am curious are R.E.6 hmmm

I got it when it was 37.50, i can't wait for it. I was even suckered into the whole physx crap, i think it was just an excuse tho cause i've always wanted a physx card lol (9800gt alongside my 6970).

Well now. So far its pretty fun but im still.... waiting to really get into it. Think im at lvl 9 but with my work shedual havnt reallty had the time to really dig in yet.:eek:

It gets better as it goes along. I am loving it right now. Playing with a friend currently, at level 15.

Come on guys, we need more than that!! How does it compare to the old one? Differences subtle or good, or bad, or what? Are the characters good? Is anyone cplaying the chick for their first char? Cos Firefly was where it was at in BL1. So what's the new fluff like? lol. Is the soldier any good now? Damn, I got so many questions...weapons?

It is getting better as you go along. Its a little more subtle the BL1. I went with Zero "As a number". Roland is in BL2 but im not sure if he is playable yet. The biggest thing im going to ding the game on is the graphics. The are slightly more refined the BL1. Other then that If your looking at buying the game... DO IT!!!

I let one of my friends play the game whose never heard of it. Hes buying a copy next week:eek:

I might give it a try but I wait till its $15 at game stop:D I just got GT5 and I'm glad I didn't pay $60 the driving physics are great, but graphics lack, license tests are WAY to hard to get gold even for GT and car lineup is crap.

Just a heads up if you havnt gotten there yet. When you fight the "W4R D3N" you can get him out if you use the right gun. I didnt so i ended up having to go to hyperion hq to bust him out... which sucked.... died like 7 times[:@]

I didnt find a elemental acid gun till i hit lvl 12. That would of helped out alot before [:@]

My friend and I killed him on the first try, he died pretty easily actually. Not sure what guns we used, I am Zero and my friend is Axton. Just used my sniper and plugged at his eye.

I did the same thing but its shield kept reversing my own shots back at me.

I would say the physics are very different to previous GT games and that using a wheel makes (,many) golds easier...previous versions I was better on the joypad.
...but this thread is about Borderlands2. ;)
