really? that sucks. I eat it all the time. every day. sometimes multiple times a day. like for breakfast with my eggs and toast. then ill put it on my burgers. and wrap my steaks in it.

(Muslims consider pig to be a dirty animal....it's called Haram in Arabic. Technically if their life depended on it, like it they were starving and the ONLY thing to eat would be pork, they can do that and be forgiven. But to knowingly choose to eat a BLT or bacon and eggs....nope. It's not allowed and they wouldn't do it)

To actually be able to get it in stores in a Muslim country is very good and open minded of them. Plenty of Middle Eastern countries who just don't allow it. It's kept in a completely seperate room with signs warning patrons in multiple languages that this is the "Pork Section". And because it's not something that's produced on a local level, it needs to get imported....hence the price goes way up.

over in the UK we have Gammon steak, its a steak but made of really thick juicy bacon.

Bacon is the best! I know a place over here in virginia that has the best bacon and eggs I've ever had! Also, the Smoky Pig, another restaurant, has really good barbecue.

Yea it's good. They also have my favorite dessert, which is a really hot browny covered ice cream and hot chocolate sauce dripped over it. It's the best I've had!

My Muslim friends are from Karachi, Pakistan (the same town from MW2) own a Pizza place and will actually pray to Allah their god before and after working with bacon and the sausage they use (ingredients) to forgive them for working with and handling it.
They always tell me that a pig is dirty animal and that they eat their own poop but that has never stopped me from eating sausage and bacon; after they tell me this I tell them to make me a pizza with extra sausage and bacon.

the uglier and dirtier the animal is, the tastier it is (usually) (clams, lobster, crab, catfish, pig ect.)

i like my bacon with crispy sides and soft sides, no maple flavor here.
i will agree pig is a disgusting animal that are known to eat body waste and devour thier own... but bacon is so damn tastey. i avoid it when possible.

fish is my favorite meat but, its so high in the states you have to dish out like $10 for 1-3lbs of raw fish.

anyone a fan of liver? goes great with bacon and onions!

I don't like liver, too strong for me. Pig and seafood are my favorites. Lobster, bass, crab, shrimp mmm...
