I purchased a edge 540 and im trying to get my supertigre g90 in the cowl with a bisson smoke muffler. But I need a muffler extension about 1/2" long so the muffler will clear the motor mount. The problem I am having is there are no supertigre parts any where in the world it seems. Im sure there must be another brand of silencer that can be made to work but most of the ads for them don't show any dimensions for holes ect.
Any body out there know of an extension that might work?
Dimensions approx: total width = 54.5mm Height = 12.2mm Port length = 25.4mm height = 7.7mm Holes are 46.6mm center. I dont know how accurate my old caliper is so measurements could be off slightly.
Any help would be much appreciated
