Do you want out of your Sprint contract with no early termination fee? You can do it right NOW!!! As of 1/1/10 sprint will be increasing their regulatory charges to $0.40 and accounts with spending limits will be charged $4.99 per month. This is a materially adverse change and according to Sprint's contract you do not have to agree and may terminate your contract with no early termination fee. Even if you do not wish to cancel your contract this is a very powerful bargaining tool! You have 30 days from the start of your billing cycle which will include information about the above mentioned changes.
