Which size Extra? have you tried calling OMP and asking John. I think we do have the 100 cc canopies but not the 50cc ones. We are scheduling another container for Dec if all goes well.

I have the 50cc version. Yes I did talk to John, and he said OMP did not have any, and several other "builds" were ahead of the next batch of 50cc Extra's at EG. I took that to mean that "we don't really know when we will ever have replacement parts ."

ok, so we are sold out of the canopies and sounds like the factory is working on other models right now. They tend to turn things pretty quick so I would suspect new parts would be produced sometime over the winter.

OK, so here it is 4 months later, and I still don't have a replacement canopy. When will they be available? New canopys seem to be showing up on the new Extra 300's you are still selling. What gives?

I am in need of a cowl for my 100cc Yak. There has been no answer on when they will be available. It it ashame to have a $3000 dollar plane that has lost the cowl due to a glue failure and there is no way to get one in a reasonable time. I would also like to know when they will be available. Thank John

All, I know this is frustrating and I'm also in need of parts on the 50cc Yak. We have expressed this need to the factory and still expect replacement parts but probably no earlier than the summer.
