All 3 of my 65" Yaks have been balancing perfectly with the battery pack stuffed into the front/end of the wing root. One of them had the battery maounted in the same place front to back but buried in the fuse with a hatch cover. You will be much happier with this planes Knife edge if you do NOT make it tail heavy. Mine are balanced about 1-3/4" behind the wing tube. My Ys 110 is mounted as far back as you can get it. This engine is a real paint shaker and needs to be as stable as possible.
