What happened to my order?

I ordered via email 2 Jr micro adapters for AFPD last wed (19/10) and asked for 2 day shipping. I got a reply from OMP that it will be delivered on FRI (21/10). But I didn't get any tracking number, or any email regarding my order and my credit card got charged... What happened?

Small orders like cables and such are shipeed via USPS so there is no tracking number. Only the larger items ship via UPS.
