RE: 80" Profile ARF's
Hanger pilot,
We never produced 80" Extra, Yak or yak in an ARF, only in a kit. We recently produced the Edge in an ARF and sales exceed our expectations, we are currently doing another run. The Yak will be out shortly after!! Stay tuned for more innovative designs! You will shortly see an 80" something
Cheers,

Hanger Pilot Walt My apologies,
I answered the post on the fly. We currently do not produce them in the ARF, only a kit. There were some shipping concerns. I will "Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think" next time!

i don't think you need a list of names to get the 80" ARF'S back on the list they always seem to move pretty fast when you EVER get them in STOCK,and i will take one with a 45cc gasser now lets get the ball a rolling!

There should a pretty high demand for either the 80" Edge or the 79" Yak.
There are a few changes that would help.
The ARF covering needs to be stock Ultracote, and beef up the structure just a little to handle
a BME-50 or a DA-50.

RE: 80" Profile ARF's
The 80" profiles are designed for glow engines around the size of the OS 160. Yes many have put gas engines on them but no way would I recommend a DA 50 or similar. That's what the Hybrid is for. Beefing up the structure for a gasser means adding more weight, which would negatively affect the masses who use the intended engine size and type.
