80" Edge ARF's have shipped out!
 

The 80" Edge ARF's are in the US from Argentina. Sorry for the brief delay. They are in Miami and getting ready to get on cargo plane for Dayton. We will be packing them up with hardware as soon as they get here and mailing them off if you have purchased. We will update this thread with every movement of where they are so keep an eye posted. Please email me if you have any specific questions.

The ARF's have arrived in Dayton. They are clearing customs now. We will be picking them up Monday morning.

We have the ARF's in hand, we are going through every box with a fine tune comb to make sure they are all within our specifications and are assembled like the first one they sent us.

We will update when we begin to ship!

Still going through each piece one by one. Please understand guys if we find one flaw on anyone of these planes, then we need to check everyone again where we found the flaw. We only want to ship you an ARF that has been thoughly checked. These are first time to the market ARF's and we want you to be happy! Please understand, they are coming VERY soon to you!

I'm glad to hear that you are giving them such a thorough inspection............IHO all ARFs should be checked very close, if you want perfection(or at least your version of, pretty damm good), build it yourself. I am anxious to see what these look like. As much time as it's taking, I figure you had allot of problems with the way the planes are as you recieved them. Just a guess.

Actually no problems that I am aware of. You guys are going to love these ARF's! They are as light, if not lighter then you can build them as a kit. Each piece of each ARF has to be sort of wiggled and given slight stress test to make sure they are all ok. Then we have to box em up with hardware packs, then repack the boxes for single shipping. So far they are all up to OMP standards and then some.

We do have photos of the finshied ARF on our website. These are from the manufactuer. We have not given them an official photo shoot yet. However our "models" are ready to strut the catwalk. I'll be doing a photo shoot this weekend and posting on Sunday.

Guys and gals. Fed Ex is coming Monday to pick them all up. They could not do it Saturday, sorry about that. If you paid in full your plane will be on that truck. If you have not paid in full please call either of the 2 phone numbers on the OMP website, or send us an email.

You can do a search for reports on the OMP GS540P. Tons of threads on this plane. The ARF is built exactly like the kit version. Both fly identically.
