Default Aircraft Identification.

Sorry to post another what plane is this question but I can't seem to find out what it is. I picked up a few planes at an estate sale last weekend and I know what three of them are but the last one has me stumped. The wing span is approx 39 1/8" with a 9" chord and the fuse is 30 1/2" long from the tip of the rudder to the end of the fuse and it was built from a kit because I can see through the covering the labels on the parts such as elevator, wm for wing mount, etc. Thanks in advance, Chris.
