I haven't seen any that come with decent pre-installed leds. For the best results you should buy the self sticking led strips and attach them to the outside or install them in the wings/fuse . I made a Slo-Stik into a bright night flyer using the strips and my next plane will have them installed inside the fuse and wing and have transparent covering.

I know this is a slightly old thread, but I have a Horizon Hobby Carbon Cub that came with navigation lights and a landing light. Sure extended my flying time. I save it for the last flight of the day.
