Aerobird Ch.Sports and Pro mode mixed up?

Aerobird Ch.Sports and Pro mode mixed up?
I was wondering lately,why my bird turns better to the right,than to the left.
At closer inspection I noticed,that when I turn right(in sports mode),the left flap comes up,as suppose to,but the right flap goes down a little,not quiet as far down as in Pro mode,about half way.When I turn left,only the right flap comes up,and the left one stays totally flush with the tailwing.
When I put it Pro mode,everything works as it should.
Anybody else noticed that on their aerobird?
Meid as well give it a try in Pro mode next time.[X(]
