Default Call me crazy... Is there a good stick build park flyer kit?

Coming from glow planes I love actually building my planes. Im looking for a nice gentle park flyer now that has the characteristics of the Glow Stick Ive been reading about... anyone recommend a good kit so I can get the enjoyment of building and flying a great park flyer?

Thanks [8D]

Take a look at [link=http://www.mountainmodels.com]Mountain Models[/link]. They have some great balsa kits.

Look at Dare Distributors and Pat Tritle Custom Models, as well as Mountain Models. The Sig site too has a few offerings including the Sig Rascal (yes, they sell the kit as well as the ARF) and Herr Engineering kits. Hobby Lobby has the PA-18, Eastbourne monoplane, and the mini-telemaster.

I wish park flyers had more building options. For now I keep my nephew supplied with Guillow’s rubber powered models solely because I enjoy building them!

I got my gym-e from toddsmodels last week. i flew it today,[] dissapointing! it was very sensative because it is a V- tail model. but the building process is excellent! lots of laser cut parts! the only thing i had to cut was the leading edge and trailing edge! but for you i would recommend the duskstick from mountain models. they are known for easy building kits.

Hello West Black,

The Gym-E is a very easy and mild flying plane when set-up correctly. There might be a problem with the way you have set your plane up. Please email me so I can get it flying correctly for you. It might be something as simple as you have too much control throw.
