Default GP Headwind B results

I have been flying my "B" for 2 days now and report the following. First flight was not too impressive. It struggled for altitude with the 2 Cell Lypo I was using and seemed on the verge of a stall all the time. The landing gear is so spongy, it's impossible to land without bouncing. The bouncing is so severe that the plane will strike the prop with all my best attempts and when that happens it will usually tip up on a wing tip or flip over completely. I was amazed that it was so difficult to keep airborne and land but I knew fixes could be made. After a little tweaking, it flys great now and last night I flew it (sitting in my lawn chair in the front yard) for 1 hour!!! I'm even using it as a primary trainer for my step-son. It's becoming a favorite!

Here's what I did;
1. Airplane needed the wing shimmed about 1/8" in rear to arrive at a better incidence angle.
2. Using the stock motor and gear box, I went up to a 3s2p Kokam 1500 and now get PLENTY of power and 60 or more minutes duration...AMAZING!
3. I ran a thin copper wire from axle to axle to strengthen the LG. Now no more bouncing.

The "B" is a winner but sadly, not for beginners due to the improvements needed.

I have a couple questions. "3s2p" what does that mean? 3 cells? Also, what kind of charger do you have to charge that Li-pol cell? I wuold love to get that kind of battery but I am afraid I will screw something up. Are they virtually maintnence free?

3s2p is 3 pack in series and each pack has 2 smaller packs in it like this

+OO- +OO- +OO-
+OO- +OO- +OO-

+OO- is one cell 3.7volts i think?

sounds like a fun little plane after it gets fixed
