Slow Stick CG check from wing bottom or metal frame ?
Hello, When I cehck the CG, do I hold the plane from the wing bottom or the frame bottom ?

The underside of the wing goes up at an angle, so you can't just measure it flat against the wing.
You know that flat part of the foam under the wing at the wing root? I measured the distance for the CG there from the leading edge, then used a square to mark where on the underside of the wing the CG would fall. I then put one small felt dot on each side of the underside of the wing about 10" away from the wing root so I'd always have my reference marks when I needed them.
If that doesn't make sense, ask again. Got to go--my four year old is ringing the dinner bell!
