Climax Models Vamoose!
I'm done my Beta build of this fantastic model. Let me just say, this is truly my second all balsa & covering build, and believe me....it was VERY easy.
David at Climax Models has another winner on his hands. Everything fits tight and neat, no real problems, and she looks GREAT!!!!!
Well, I'll let you judge for yourselves.

RE: Climax Models Vamoose!
Now, mine isn't up to her full beauty, but let me just add this is my second covering job, so not everything on her is perfect.
I also installed the Curtek Lighting System on the Vamoose, and she really lights up. I'll try to post some of those pictures later when it gets a little darker outside. We'll see if we can't just snag some video.
I'll be powering Climax's Vamoose with an Axi 2212/34 Castle Creations Phoenix 25 and right now a 3s1p 1200 mah Lipo. I'm just waiting for my order of Tanic Packs to come in, because I REALLY want to slip the 2500 mah pack in her.

RE: Climax Models Vamoose!
The Vamoose requires 4 servos, and I have Pico BB's in her as well as a couple of Blue Birds for the Ailerons.
The pushrods are re-enforced with carbon rod, to stop some flex. I don't have an AUW yet (going to buy a digital scale tomorrow).
The beta kit didn't come with any canopy, so I'm HOPING that David will mould one soon to hide those awful wires.
I also installed a micro steerable tail wheel from [link=http://www.smoothair.ca/catalog/index.php?manufacturers_id=20]LighterRC.com[/link] , will help with control on the ground.

RE: Climax Models Vamoose!
Hopefully I'll get to maiden her in the next couple of days with decreased throws. We have lightning storms and heavy smoke cover from the forest fires around here, so we'll see how it goes.
