Default Anyone With A Firebird, Please Help

If you own a Firebird I,II, XL or Commander and the battery has even a small charge, please take one second to check which flap goes up on the tail when the 'steering' stick is turnned left. I replaced my tailwing and I don't know which way is which. The manual says its one way, but I know on glow-powered planes, its the other way around. I'm very confused.

Thank you.

Yes, it does look backwards, but thats how a V-tail works. Just follow the manual as it says. Right stick will make the left control surface turn, and left will move the right surface.

Looking from the rear, with the stick moved left the "right" flap as the manual calls it moves up. Move the stick to the right and the left flap moves up. They should return to neutral when you let go of the stick.
