Default Aerobird Xtreme problem

I currently purchased an Aerobird Xtreme and whenever I plug the battery into the plane the motor turns on even when the receiver is turned off.
I was wondering if there is any way to fix this problem myself. If anyone has some suggestions I would be very thankful.

Call Hobby Zone (877) 504-0233
Dont even try to do anything else...They are really good at replacing out of the box failures. If you try to fix it you may void your warranty, God forbid you try to fly it!!!

I cant send it back because it started doing this after I crashed it. I was wondering if there is any thing I could do without having to replace everything.

Bummer! The parts are all proprietary, which is another way of saying "more expensive".
The fastest fix is to replace the fuse...$55 I have had the guts out of my ABX, and unless you are some kind of engineer, the average joe is buying the fuse.
Good Luck.

Thanks for your help. I guess I will just have to buy a new fuselage.

Sounds like the ESC FET is damaged, check out posts by Stevennh, he has a fix for replacing the FET.
