Well just like I have red the stock motor burned out after running an 8cell 720mah nimh pack. The power was good while it lasted. I went to Dymond R\C to get a motor but the one I got just did not have the power of the stock one. I went back and picked up a speed 280BB motor set for one of there other planes. OH YEAH. It really has tons of power. It is at the point it will hover for 2 to 3 seconds before the wind will push it around. I am going to try some other props to see if I can get more vertical.

The power package was a little bit pricy but you get the motor( speed280BB), gearbox, caps, prop. I also had to get a bigger ESC because my 2 amp would not handle the current.
