Back from flying this morning, short vid to follow the little Fokker flew great the first flight but the one we made vid of it was pretty windy and it was being a bear to fly, not to mention 1.57 min into the flight the batt just died as you will see

OK Put File is about to Put me off, what's the deal with this, wait wait wait, what page can't be displayed [:@][:@][:@]. If I can get it to work I'll post vid. had a pretty good day flying, first flight with fokker was great pulled nice loops, inverted flight was fairly easy, decent control and responces, second flight it acted like all the dehedrial was gone, was hard to turn and I had a hard time trimming it out, not sure I really got it before batt died, it was getting windy though
first flight on E-Starter aahh OK glitching was pretty much gone, I guess the aluminum foil had made it worse. second flight I gave my son the controls and was trying to teach him how to fly 3 channel and ailerons to boot, boy that was funny, the plane was all over the place, I couldn't keep up with what direction he was going then the batt got low and he was loosing alt and diving so I took over just in time to flare it straight up about 2 ft off the ground, it went up stalled and I pulled another hard flare and then let it drop, broke the LG off and skidded pretty hard on the nose but no damage. Couldn't fly the cub because I forgot the wing struts, so I took the new 1050 ma batt I got for the Cub and put it in the starter, whoa what a difference, power and I mean plenty of it, I had no idea. After about 7 to9 mins of WOT flying I decided to see how much it could take so from level flight I pulled 5 concecutive loops # 5 being as strong as the first then couple more laps around some low fly by's followed by steep climbs back to 150 ft then a couple more loops, 11 min now of WOT pushing it hard and now the batt starts showing signs of getting weak so I bring it around and ease it in, flare it hard and drop it in the grass, remember no LG in front now. Man what a rush, got to do that again, so this is when we vid the fokker while batt is charging, skip to next Starter flight,same same go go go strong but flight time seems a little less this time, hmm curious, well land and now take a min to watch vid and charge batt again, hmm truck is clicking, whats this, let's crank it up and see [X(] oops batt dead . I must have been on verge of needing battery and all the charging killed it, so I'm thinking the last 2 charges wern't really full charged, anyway put planes up and called buddy to come jump start truck and that's our day of flying. Can't wait till next time when I have both of the 1050 ma batts ready to go. I want to see how well it does in the cub

Maybe when the Lil Fokker gets some protection everything will be back to normal. Send the Fokker to public school for the necessary skills in using it. Put a banana in his lunch just in case.

Happy Christmas and New Year to all badius boys and their families
delivery of props yesterday. the brushless f27 spins full power with it's new 7x7. maybe i should have got a 7x8 as well, but a 6/7x9 wont run full power. going to use the 4 cell polyquests in it next year. i'm expecting RESULTS !! no work on the mini katana yet, but i've been sussing out how to put it together. nice plane. also got the 36" lightening wing to finish.

shovelling snow sucks bigtime. not used to 3 months of snow as i didn't grow up with it, but nice at christmas. talking of which, i'm really looking forwards to putting everyone's presents under the tree tonight. i wanted to put them out after i wrapped them the other day but my wife said it was a bad idea. christmas lunch at a local restaurant and beer/sleep in the afternoon. hooray !!

Hey, do a Google on it; There is a site that lets you download free drawings / instructions to make a mugi.

I have them, I just havent done it yet.
