For all the people that have burnt up the stock speed controller ( my friends an i have around 7 of them ), i was pleased to have done some intense surfing and found a replacement MOSFET from a post on RC Groups. I found them at digikey and it was shipped to me in less than 24 hrs. I soldered it into my old ESC and wow it worked, after 2 flights i'm sure this part is a good replacement. The specs say it will handle 52 amps at 100 deg C, but i can't say what the traces on the PC board can handle, i do know that they were using this MOSFET on an Aerobird Extreme which has a 540 motor so we should be just fine with the Stryker.
