If you've got the dream starter radio that has the power light on it , that shows green is good and red it needs new batteries, I always carry spare batts , well this morning I'm on my 1st flight and the light flickers and turns red, 30 seconds later, the signal is gone, luckily I was pretty low when it happened no motor, no control, nothing, I thought it might last the rest of the flight, but uh-uh, I'm not even sure it was 30 seconds, just thought I'd pass this on,, there really is no warning, red light means bring that puppy on down, if you see it flicker start aiming it where you want it...........Rog
