Parkzone combat and drop module question
Can the parkzones drop module and combat module be used on othere planes somehow. like ones without the x port. so im just wondering if anybody has used these on a different plane and maybe if someone knows another inexpensive way to drop things that can be put on foamies. thanks

My local club is buying the parts right now to make them compatible with other Tx's.
Go to www.rc-cam.com and look through the links. It tells you how to make a circuitboard that hooks up to the module.
We haven't tried it yet, I'll post again if it works out.

thanks alot. that website has tons of cool projects and the combat module thing looks doable for me just have to ask a friend whos an electrician if he has the parts and stuff. but im still wondering about the drop module.

I think you could make your own drop module with a servo and a modified arm to act as a clamp against what u'r going to drop then just use an open channel to activate the servo.
