Default Lipos for the Aerobird Challenger?

I just started flying the Aerobird Challenger, and I love it. Although the stock NiCad batteries don't last very long. I want to use Lipos for longer flights. Is anyone using Lipos? I have a 2 cell 7.2V 1800mah LiPo from ParkFlyers.com for my Cessna 182. I don't see why this can't be used in the Aerobird, but I would like get a second opinion.

Thanks,
SAF

Do a search in the E-Flite Power sources forum for "Challenger Aftermarket Batteries". There is a long discussion on this.
