Default PZ P51 Brushless Conversion

Has anyone replaced the stock electronics on the Parkzone P51 with a brushless setup yet? What equipment did you use? Did you reinforce the firewall anyhow?

Ya. GlacierGirl has converted a PZ P-51D to brushless and he dropped in a retractable landing gear for good measure. I also think that there is a thread discussing this but cannot find it.

gilligan,
I run a Mega 16/15/6 on 4s1320 lipo. Spinning a 4 blade prop.
Like Fisher said I went all out, installing retractable landing gear and tail wheel steering.
So a little reading in the big Mustang forum here, and you can find a lot of good tips on setting this up. One of the biggies is foaming the nose to strengthen it.
