Default hand launching eflite rv-9

hi has any one tried a hand launch with the eflite rv-9 not sure how it would be with the wide fusalage.the grass field i use is a little rough and she always noses over thanks

It won't be easy to hand launch a plane with a 50" wing span. It would have to be an over head launch. Good luck with that!
The best thing is to find a proper air field to fly that plane in. That is why I stick with smaller park flyers.

Do you major divots in your field. Our field is very uneven, rough and extremely bumpy. I never had a problem taking off or landing the RV-9. Check your balance? It might be nose heavy. Mine came out on the money. Motor is a Park 50, E-flight 40 AMP ESC and 5 Hitec HS-65 servos

I don't own one but a fellow club member does.  His solution for landing on our grass field was to do it under power.  he always nosed it over on dead stick landings.  We have hand launched his many times.  It hand launches without any problems at all.  Hope that helps.
