Default post pics of your GWS mustangs!!!

I have given my P51 a custom paint job and am fairly proud of it....I added (not scale) exhausts on the sides and also machine guns (not scale as well) to it....the result is pretty cool I think...I also ditched the kits wheels for real foamies...the only stickers on it are the small american flags, the gws stickers and the insignia's...the rest is painted with a brush... if anyone wants to post their pics of their P51 go ahead...

That looks absolutely Boss! I know the wheels have to be light on an electric, but double the size and it would make a beautiful completion to the nice detail work you did as far as a scale look. I know you didn't ask me for my opinion - but .......
Will it ROG?
thanks
Rick

Just finished mine last night. I used the stock motor, GWS Naro servos, a Plantraco Rx w/ build in esc, and a GWS 8-cell 730 Mah battery.

Came in at exactly one pound according to my Berkley fish scale.

I used 5 minute epoxy to join the fuse halves and used GWS cement everywhere else. Paint is Testors brush-on.

Unusual, but very nice paint job. Did you start with the unpainted version?
