ABX burnt out FET
Hi Guys I need some help Please! My new ABX with only five mins of flying has burnt out its Fet.
The servos function but no throttle control, I have read in old posts that I can replace the Fet with a part irl3803.
I have found a company who can supply this but the problem is there are two Fets with this number.
one is described as irl3803 N - Channel Logic Fet 120a 30v and the other
is irl3803 N - Channel Power Mosfet 120a 30v both cost £10.95each can anyone tell me which one I need. Many Thanks
