Instead of gluing the formers to the fuse one by one. I choose the other route, and that is gluing them all into it's respective slots, by doing so, this method eliminates a warping or twist in the fuse. I don't think this kit will have any, if built per plan, but every builder as it own style of building (Clips, can be bought in K-Mart )

The kit comes with 400/Mega/Astro and Hacker motor Mount.

I will be using Mega 16/15/xx

¼” balsa triangle stock are glued fit the upper and lower nose sections.

On the lower portion, the triangle stock run from F2 all the way to the nose. For the upper portion, cut them to 3 inches long, laminate to the nose.

The Mega is then held in place with left over 1/4" triangle, placed on top side and side bottom of the fuse. Snugly holding the motor in place, prevents it from vibrating. (personal preference)

I choose to cover the fuse w/ transparent film, to show the interlocking pieces, and how easily it can be assembled, as well, as giving the plane, that "Meridian 400" sporty look.

Sport, fast, lean and "Mean" flying machine. Defines the Meridian

For my ail. servo, I am using HS 55 connected to a Y harness, and ran through the ribs.

In such cases where servos have to be replaced, the harness can easily be pulled, allowing the servo to be disconnected off the harness connector.

Basically the designed of this plane only looks complicated, but in reality it's very accessible.

The first Meridian kits have gone out the door, a day early in fact. I have more kits in stock ready to go. I don't have them up on my website yet for ordering, but if you'd like to order one, go to a special link I've setup.

Here's a short video of the launch and a few seconds of flying the Hacker powered version. This is the test flight of the Hacker powered Meridian. Pretty windy for a test flight, but even at half throttle on 7 cells she's great.
