ESC
I'm getting ready to order my ESC for my rimfire 28-22-1380 outrunner motor. I believe I'm going to get the E-flite 10-amp pro brushless esc for my setup. My question is will this be an adequate esc for my motor? I have been unseccesful at finding any real specs such as max output voltage, low voltage cutoff and other info. I believe this esc will do and the price is great at only $27.99, so let me know if you think it will do. Aslo does anyone know if the motor leads are polarized?

RE: ESC
The specs for your motor are right here:
http://www.electrifly.com/powersyste...ire-28-22.html
According to the specs, with the recommended props, the motor will draw 9A on a 2-cell lipo and 10.3A on a 3-cell lipo. Either way, a 10A speed controller will be cutting it too close. The specs therefore recommend a 12A controller.
